QUESTION: How do I do this? How do I look into booking a party?

ANSWER: Use the “Click Here to Book” button on the home page and scroll though to pick the length of time of your party (choose between one and four hours), then use the calendar to pick your date and time. Don’t worry, if you are able to book that time the bus is available, so go ahead and book to make sure your time is reserved for you.


QUESTION: Does the deposit count toward the total price?

ANSWER: Yes, so for example if you do the 2 hour party for $450 you will be charged a $100 deposit to hold the data/time when you book.  An invoice will be emailed to you the day before your event for the remaining $350 along with a waiver to sign.  The final invoice is due upon receipt and should be fully paid prior to the start of the actual event.  


QUESTION: Why do I see a shipping charge?  

ANSWER: If your event is near us (within a certain radius) you will NOT see an extra charge for shipping.  However, beyond a certain radius from our office we do charge an extra fee (shipping charge) to cover extra expenses related to the longer distance/longer travel time (paying employees).  This fee is in addition to the price of the event and allows us to offer our Game Bus to areas that are further out away from our office.   

QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do?

ANSWER: That’s why we bring our Game Coach! He/She helps the kids along, inspires and instructs. We make sure it’s the party of the year!

QUESTION: Should I be concerned about the types of games for kids?


ANSWER: If you have such concerns, inform the Game Coach upon arrival and he/she will make sure that the gaming is appropriate. Otherwise, he/she will follow the lead of the guest(s) of honor and make sure they are having the time of their lives!

QUESTION: What about bad weather?

ANSWER: We come rain, shine, temps below freezing or over 100 degrees — we are climate controlled! As long as it is safe for us to drive.

QUESTION: What time should I make the party?

ANSWER: We suggest that you tell your guests that the party is one hour or half-hour before our arrival time — that way they eat first; they all see the grand arrival of our mobile video game bus!

QUESTION: How many people can fit on the bus?

ANSWER: We have 6 total stations on the bus, each equipped with an XBOX Series X or a Sony Play Station 5 loaded with some of the most popular games. Depending on the games being played (some allow for 2 players at a time and others are single player) then 6-12 can be playing a game and any giving time.  However, there is seating for up to 16 people at any time on the bus.

QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra

ANSWER: Certainly not! Bring them on! We’ll rotate them though and make sure they all have great time!

QUESTION: Do I request certain games?

ANSWER: We have the ability to stream games online and have both Microsoft Game Pass for the XBOX and PlayStation Plus for our PS5’s, so we have an extensive library. But if there are certain games you want, please feel free to list them for us in the notes when you book and we will try to have them downloaded onto the consoles before the party.

QUESTION: Do I tip the Game Coach/Driver?

ANSWER: The Game Coach and Driver are there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He/she tutors, inspires and entertains. Tipping for service is a great idea, but not required.

QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the party in advance?

ANSWER: Our reservations go quickly. In order to hold your booking, you must pay a deposit at the time of booking. An invoice for the remaining amount will be sent within 24 hours of the event and is to be paid prior to our arrival (you may also arrange to pay upon arrival if paying cash). Please call or email to discuss if your organization or situation is an exception and we can talk about options.

QUESTION: What time will you be arriving?

ANSWER: The Game Coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-20 minutes ahead of time.

QUESTION: What is the Shipping Charge for?

ANSWER: Within a certain radius from us, there is no extra charge for shipping.  However, in order to extend our reach, outside of this radius there may be an extra charge to cover the additional travel time/expenses to come out to your event.  This will be clearly stated before your booking is final.
